Today, we have officially completed the prototype phase. After we decided to modify our manufacturing process and to procure new machines and a CAM system – which functions perfectly second time around – series manufactures began. We have renewed the entire design and launched several different versions.
In the picture you can see the very first completely in-house manufactured valve system, which we had great pleasure in assembling today. Everything learnt throughout the process and the modifications have turned out to be a complete success.
The best thing is that we have manufactured in such a way that we are able to offer everything from 40 to 50 mm diameter on request. Another version of the intake manifold will go into production next, enabling the valve system to fit on all F and G model engines. Besides our exhaust system, this is one of the biggest challenges confronting us at the moment regarding manufacture of our own products.
